# Refund and Returns Policy

## 90-day returns

You may request a return within 90 days after receiving your order. The product may be opened and used. To start a return, email **support@mensvitality.com** with your order number, the name of the product, and the reason for the request.

We will provide return instructions after reviewing the request. EXA DIGITAL LLC pays the return shipping cost for eligible returns. Do not send a product to the returns address before receiving instructions from our support team.

## Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will process an approved refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be sent to the original payment method whenever possible. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

Please return the product securely packaged with the included accessories whenever reasonably possible. We may contact you if the package is missing essential parts or has damage beyond ordinary use.

## Exchanges and replacements

If you prefer an exchange or replacement, tell us when you contact support. Availability may affect the available option. A replacement, repair, or refund may be offered for an eligible defective product under our 90-day warranty.

## Non-delivery, damage, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, is incomplete, is incorrect, or does not arrive within the expected delivery window. Include your order number and photographs when relevant so that we can investigate with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
